Returns & refunds

We want ye happy. If it's not right, you have 30 days from delivery to return any item for a full refund.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or damaged. In that case we cover it and apologise profusely.

To start a return, email mail@whatisai.media with your order number. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.

This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights.
